CollarGrowth was founded on the basis that there was a gap in the market in terms of Accountancy Practices utilising social media to trigger growth. The team holds experience studying towards the ACA qualification, also managing numerous marketing campaigns including the national marketing campaign for an independent retailer in Devon generating annual turnover of £2m. The team's experience in the accountancy profession and extensive marketing expertise together with a societal shift in the perception of social media content have allowed CollarGrowth to develop cutting-edge methods of generating leads and supporting growth for accounting firms.

About
Tom - Founder/Director
Having completed a Law degree at University and managed a range of marketing campaigns for retailers in Exeter (including a £2m marketing campaign for a Guitar Shop in Exeter), Tom then moved to accounting. Tom worked in Accounts prep, Audit, Tax and Management Accounting at a number of firms including Francis Clarke LLP, Albert Goodman LLP and Milsted Langdon LLP. Tom completed 9 ACA exams in 1 year and having completed a total of 10 ACA exams and with just 6 months to qualification decided it was time to reignite his passion for marketing. Tom now manages and advises a number of accounting firms in London on their marketing and social media presence.
